Each User is permitted to hold one registered Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. WC77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any Balances or Bonus funds associated with them.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify WC77 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. WC77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting WC77 support via live chat or the designated support email. Pending wagering requirements must be resolved prior to the release of any remaining Balance, subject to verification and applicable withdrawal terms.
WC77 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at the time of registration, at the first withdrawal request, when a deposit or withdrawal exceeds specified thresholds, or at any other time WC77 deems necessary.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the secure HTTPS verification portal within your WC77 Account. Do not send identity documents via unencrypted email, WhatsApp or any third-party messaging service.
WC77 processes deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary from time to time. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by WC77 and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and your Account verification status.
You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including shared wallets or accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
WC77 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual payment options. These references are informational only. None of these providers formally endorse, affiliate with or support WC77 or any gambling activity. Users must independently verify the terms and conditions of their chosen payment provider, as individual providers may restrict gambling-related transactions at their sole discretion.
Deposits processed in PKR will be credited at face value. Where a deposit is initiated in a foreign currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, less any applicable fees, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the deposit.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
WC77 will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction. Partially verified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted until all required documents are received and approved.
Any real-money funds derived from a Bonus offer are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry window are detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected payment method and verification status. Indicative processing windows are displayed in the cashier. WC77 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure or network conditions.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. WC77 reserves the right to route withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is technically unavailable.
WC77 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms. You may be required to provide additional documentation before the withdrawal is released.
All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit). For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total wager turnover of PKR 1,50,000 before withdrawal is permitted. All figures are illustrative — refer to the specific promotion for confirmed amounts.
While a Bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is set by the individual promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in the Bonus and all associated winnings being voided, at WC77's sole discretion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games and virtual sports may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The applicable contribution schedule is set out in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will lapse without compensation. Expired Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account.
WC77 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; and participation in promotions from jurisdictions that are excluded from eligibility. WC77 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
All games available on WC77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-feed mechanisms supplied by licensed software providers. Game outcomes are not manipulated by WC77. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided in each game's information panel and represent long-run theoretical averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.
Sports-betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC and other events — are subject to dedicated sports-betting rules that govern settlement, void conditions, in-play restrictions and event cancellations. In the event of a technical disconnection during an active wager, WC77's system will attempt to complete the round using the last recorded action. WC77 shall not be liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity failures on the User's end.
In the event of a software error, game malfunction or display error resulting in an erroneous payout, WC77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake. No claim shall arise from a payout resulting from an identifiable system error.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the WC77 Platform:
WC77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected, with immediate forfeiture of Bonus funds and, where applicable, any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and WC77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through WC77's internal complaints process.
Formal complaints may be submitted to WC77's support team via the live chat facility or support email address. WC77 will acknowledge complaints within five business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 28 days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally and an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism is available under the applicable operator licence, WC77 will cooperate with that process in good faith.
